• Septic system design and construction inspection for residential and commercial development.
• Preparation of permitting submittals for physical alteration permits, freshwater and coastal wetlands permits and ISDS permits.

• In charge of single-family housing projects and all road construction ranging from $7.5 to 10 million. Responsible for all scheduling and manpower to insure each house was completed according to schedule. Weekly meetings with sales department, construction crew and customers to discuss the progress of various projects.

• Work included new construction, additions and general remodeling of kitchens and bathrooms

• General supervision of commercial projects both private and state ranging from $50,000 to 1.5 million.

• Responsible for direct supervision and management of trades, company labor and entire construction process of project. Responsible for ensuring project complies with plans, specifications, contract, budget, schedule and quality standards. Responsible for all interaction with clients.

• Responsible for the assessment and resolution of outstanding deficiencies in mechanical, structural and piping systems. Responsible for scoping equipment deficiencies, writing the necessary documentation to complete the work, resolving work inspection problems and providing current status.

• Responsible for direct supervision and management of trades, and the entire constructin process of the project. Responsible for schedules and man-hours expended on projects to assure that work is completed on time and under budget.

• Responsible for developing schedules by interfacing with project supervisor, construction engineers, and client representatives. Once a schedule was developed it was updated and any impacts and changes incorporated.
